Wonderful apartment inside Residence Eden with tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, private parking place and private access to the beach, in Nervi, Genoa. This bright and quiet apartment is located on the first floor of Residence Eden. The living area is very spacious and furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a dining area. From here, there is access to an independent and well-equipped kitchen, also fitted with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. The bedroom, with garden view, comes with a large wardrobe, a queen size bed and a dresser. Two full bathrooms with shower complete the indoors. Outside it boasts a large private and furnished terrace with one of the most beautiful views of the Residence, where guests can enjoy a meal in the open-air and relax lying on deckchairs under the sunshade. At guests’ disposal there also is free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. *Guests will have access to private parking within the property. *The Residence offers guests exclusive services such as tennis courts, swimming pool and beach access. *The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required. *We inform our guests that the facility is currently undergoing facade renovations. Therefore, scaffolding will be present which will not cause any noise disturbance. *The building is currently subject to renovation. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day.
