Villa 'Eremo Degli Oleandri' is located in Augusta and overlooks the sea. This 150 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, and satellite TV. The highlight is a 70 m² covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. Catania is 15 km away, and Syracuse is 20 km away. There are two large beaches nearby, as well as Costa Saracena and the well-known fishing village of Brucoli. One parking space is available on the property. Pets and groups of young people are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and from midnight to 10:00 am. We kindly ask you not to throw paper in the toilet to avoid issues. The owner may access the pool for maintenance or cleaning. The pool and garden are for the owner's exclusive use; guests are not permitted to use the pool or access the garden. However, there is a wonderful private beach within the complex and a beautiful sandy beach 500 meters away. Recycling is mandatory; further information will be provided on site. Security cameras are installed outside the villa near the entrance gate and in some common areas of the residence on the upper floor. The cameras record images only, to ensure the safety of guests and the property. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Beach/pool towels.
