The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, but the proximity to the center of Tortol' allows you to walk to its commercial part with restaurants, bars, night clubs, ice cream shops, supermarkets, banks, post offices, etc. For lovers of long sandy beaches, there is both the Capannina beach and the small beach of Porto Frailis nearby. From the port of Arbatax, which is about 1 km away, you leave for the famous Cale di Baunei, considered by all to be the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia: Cala Mariolu, Goloritzè or Cala Luna.
