I stayed in a superior room, the room was beautiful and comfortable just like the pictures. The staff was very helpful. I lost my phone and the front desk staff not only found a place for me to purchase a replacement but walked me to the location and made sure everything went OK because I don't speak Italian and the store owner did not speak english. They went way above and beyond to help me. Would definitely stay again.
