Overlooking the brilliantly blue Lake Como and numerous hill ranges on both sides, this holiday home for 6 promises a peaceful vacation in Colico.   Whether traveling with friends or family, the two-bedroom duplex apartment promises a stay experience that will be cherished for a long time. Please Note: If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate, must be paid on the spot at EUR 2,00/mc. -Damage deposit: Euro 400 will be charged for the groups under 21. -Tax Town to be paid on the spot: Euro 1 per pax per day - until 15 days - up to 16 years old are exempt. - Baby chair available for EUR 20 per stay. - A wifi area with good signal coverage is free available in a common loggia just 20 meters from the apartments. In the apartments the signal coverage is currently low.
