The house has a garden overlooking the river and the historic Papal Paper Mill — a peaceful and quiet spot. You’ll be welcomed by the warmth of a rustic atmosphere in a typical Italian home, built by my great-grandfather in 1922, with original exposed stone walls. The Castellano River, easily accessible on foot, is perfect for a stroll in any season or a refreshing swim in summer. We look forward to hosting you!

My house is the last one in the historic center — no ZTL, private parking, no worries! The apartment has a private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom, all fully renovated in July 2024. The standard double bed is equipped with a firm mattress and two pillows per person: one low and firm, and one softer and higher. TV with set-top box. ✈️ The apartment is about 3 hours from Rome, with direct bus connections. The nearest airports are Pescara and Ancona, both connected to the city by bus services. TOURIST TAX: Eur 2.00 per person per day, applicable up to the fifth consecutive night of stay (no charge from the sixth night onwards). Payment is due upon arrival or can be made in advance. Due to the thick walls, phone signal may be weak inside the house. However, a stable Wi-Fi connection is available.
