Bellissimo appartamento situato a 5 minuti dalla fermata "Arsenale" del vaporetto, è stato strutturato recentemente. L'accesso è esclusivo e si compone di un grande bagno al pianterreno, al primo piano sulla destra cucina a vista mentre a sinistra un grande open space ospita la zona pranzo e relax con due comode poltrone e un grande televisore a schermo piatto. A fianco piccolo studio con divano confortevole. La scala a chiocciola porta alla camera padronale con piccolo bagno annesso.
