A spacious and cozy studio apartment in a quiet residential area. Equipped with all comforts: balcony, hydromassage tub, Wi-Fi, microwave, and a beautiful view. The building is located within a gated and supervised condominium complex. The city center is easily reachable in 15 minutes. Very close to the highway. The area is full of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and beauty centers.
