Panoramic, very quiet area, near the centre, good internet connection, good air-condition, nice and generous neighbourhood Villa Paradise"700mt from the centre and 1km from the sea" Villa Paradise sleep "4". One bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen and sofa bed for two persons. This small but well-equipped villa is ideal for couples and small families who wish to enjoy a quiet and scenic location within walking distance of Tropea centre and the beaches. There is a spacious sunny private roof terrace and outside garden area in which to relax. Walking to the town centre is 15 minutes, and a car is recommended but not absolutely necessary. The nearest amenities are only 500 metres away, and the beaches are a 15-minute walk. Alfresco dining is catered for and there is a barbecue and sunbed area, wood-burning brick oven "PIZZA", we have old spring water. For those who wish to stay cooler, there is an air-conditioned interior that fully accommodates four people.Internet.Private parking, infinity saltwater pool and whirlpool area. The important rule about the property: Please it is very important that you switch off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home.
