This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from November 22nd to March 23rd. Please note that late check-ins must be arranged directly with the property and will incur a surcharge of EUR 40 from 22:00 to 00:00. Check-ins after 00:00 are not possible, not even for a fee.
