A small cozy appartment with its own private entrance and a nice garden area, spacious under the balcony, where the guests can relax . You can easily reach the beaches inside Castellammare del Golfo " la playa " easy to finf a park in the public area outside the appartment. one of the italian store is 100 meters away from the house. Electricity is based on consume paid before the cheking out ( 45 cents per KW ) we also will ask for a deposit of 200,00 euro that will be given to the guests at the end of their staying
