At an altitude of approx. 1200 meters, your holiday home awaits you in St. Michael, between Kastelruth and Ortisei in Val Gardena. Our two panorama apartments ‘nature’ and ‘forest’ offer inviting and spacious feel-good rooms that are modernly furnished and provide every comfort for carefree holidays. We have got two apartments: “Nature” and “Forest”. Both are equipped with big balconies and wonderful views of the surrounding area. Our garden offers you a relaxed atmosphere and allows you to rest whenever you feel like. You may also feel the need to enjoy and relax in the apartment. Apart from the many wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and villages, the apartment house Pötzens has a large sunbathing lawn and a large terrace where you can fill up with energy, while your children can explore the well-equipped playground including a sand pit, a large swing, horse seesaw and much more. Our panorama apartments are especially suitable for …lovers who yearn for a romantic break in the mountains …active holidaymakers who want to explore the Dolomites on the countless hiking trails around the Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena …families with their children, who would like to let off steam on our playground …all who love nature …families with 2-4 children. Here the children sleep separated from their parents in their own rooms. If there are more than 2 children, 1-3 sleep in the 3rd bed in their parents’ bedroom or on the sofa bed.

We – Carmen and Stefan Karbon with son Michael and daugther Jana– welcome you to our house called Pötzes and we are sure you will be able to spend some memorable time in one of our apartments near Kastelruth and the Seiser Alm. On the following pages you will find information about our house, its facilities and the numerous leisure opportunities you can enjoy while being our guest. We look forward to seeing you soon. Our holiday home lies on about 1,200 MASL close to Kastelruth and St. Ulrich. Both villages are reachable within short time or you can extend your walks to longer hikes through the wonderful landscape and its surrounding mountains. The distance to Kastelruth is 3 km and to St. Ulrich 6 km. Furthermore, there are numerous other hiking trails nearby that lead you to famous sights and leisure opportunities. You can also leave your car on our parking lot and use the bus to move around. There is a bus stop just right next to our house.

A ski holiday in Castelrotto – Alpe di Siusi is a dream made of powder snow and sunshine! The vast and beautiful ski resort Alpe di Siusi – Val Gardena is located only a few kilometres away and offers pure winter sports pleasures. Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, toboggan fun or snowboarding: everything is possible here. Participate in a romantic ride in a horse-drawn sleigh! And our special tip for our youngest guests: in Castelrotto a great winter fun park is waiting for you! Around the villages of Castelrotto, Siusi and St. Ulrich, there are many beautiful hiking and walking opportunities. Castelrotto can be easily reached in just 20 minutes’ walk. For families with children a hike to the alpine pasture of Marinzen is a perfect choice. Here, you will not only find a great playground, but also a charming petting zoo that invites you for a visit. From our house Pötzes you walk 40 minutes to Marinzen. Spring on the Seiser Alm, the largest alpine plateau of Europe, is a special experience. It is the time where the snow melts and the first flowers cover the meadows like a carpet.
