HIDDEN GEM: The hidden gem of Venice This lovely, bright guest house is located on the first floor of a real Venetian house, in a quiet side street next to Piazza San Marco. The nearest public transport stop is just a few meters away. The rooms have a romantic feel and are equipped with all modern comforts. All rooms are soundproofed, with a private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, television, a safe and wifi. IMPORTANT: IN MID SEASON NO AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING Heating: from the end of October until the end of March Air conditioning: from June to the end of August The living room has a small balcony from which you can admire Calle Frezzeria below: one of the most elegant and lively streets of the city. Everything you need for very young children is available free of charge. Is not a usual hotel but a big home with separate and independent rooms, all with private bathrooms, realxing and easy atmosphere. Is also possible to book the whole flat for families or small groups. Self check-in is possible at any time and there is a laundry service with a small surcharge. Upon request, we can organize short tours in Italian, English and Spanish to explore the nature and local crafts of the islands.

A few meters away is Piazza San Marco.In a few minutes you can reach the Teatro La Fenice along the shopping street.The connections to the islands and the airport are 20 meters away, to allow you to rest between a visit and the other, or after having turned around in one of the typical taverns in the area
