Bed linen and towels are not included in the apartment rate. Guests can choose to request them or bring their own. The request can be made at the time of booking or within 24 hours thereafter, in the Special Requests section or by contacting the property directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. The additional cost for bed linen is €10 per person for the entire stay, while for towels the cost is €5 per person for the entire stay. These additional costs must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The cleaning fee for this property is not included in the apartment rate; the cost of this service is €100 and must be paid upon arrival, in cash or by credit card or debit card.

The tourist tax payable to the municipality where this property is located is mandatory but cannot be included in the apartment rate as the cost varies depending on the time of year. As required by the municipality where the property is located, payment is required for guests aged 14 and over, except in cases of exemption due to disability or other types of exemption. The maximum amount payable is €1 per person per night. Payment ceases after the tenth night. This tourist tax must be paid on arrival, in cash or by credit card or debit card.

A security deposit of €100 is also required upon arrival. The person making the reservation must pay this in cash or by credit card or debit card. The security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of check-out. The condominium rules require quiet hours in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and at night from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Pets are allowed in this facility only upon request at the time of booking and before confirmation of the stay. Small and medium-sized pets are preferred, preferably with short hair, and long-haired cats are not allowed. Charges may be applied upon departure due to excessive hair and damage to objects such as furniture.

Upon arrival, the identity of the person making the reservation and any other person belonging to their group or family will be verified, and the personal data of each person will be collected. Any guests missing at check-in must provide their details upon arrival at the property. Please note that personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of the reservation, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and for a period equal to the length of stay.

La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.

Il regolamento condominiale prevede una fascia oraria pomeridiana del silenzio che va dalle ore 14:00 alle ore 16:00 e una della notte, ovvero dalle ore 23:00 alle ore 08:00.

In questa struttura sono ammessi animali solo su richiesta alla prenotazione e prima dell’avvenuta conferma del soggiorno. Si preferiscono animali di piccola e media taglia, possibilmente a pelo corto e si esclude l’accesso in particola modo a gatti dal pelo lungo. Potrebbero essere addebitati costi alla partenza a causa di eccessiva presenza di peli e di danni arrecati ad oggetti come l’arredamento.

All’arrivo saranno effettuate le identificazioni del prenotante e di ogni altra persona appartenente al proprio gruppo o famiglia; saranno raccolti i dati personali di ognuno. Eventuali ospiti mancanti al check-in, dovranno fornire i propri dati al momento del proprio arrivo in struttura. Ricordiamo che i dati personali saranno trattati ai soli fini relativi alla prenotazione, seguendo il regolamento Europeo sul trattamento dei dati personali “GDPR” e per una durata pari al periodo di soggiorno.
