On the first floor you will find a large rustic room, partly with stone walls and arches, where you will find the kitchen, the dining room with fireplace and wood stove, a double bedroom and a bathroom. This area is not connected to the rest of the house from the inside. On the 1st floor, accessible only by an external staircase, there is a kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. From here an interior staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ideal starting point to visit the charming cities of Lucca (15km), Pisa (25km), Florence (75km) and nearby Versilia with its sea and marble quarries! Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
