It is only 16 meters from the beach. In 2 km you can reach Torre dei Corsari, a lively tourist village with the beach Pistis, where you can find the highest beach dunes in Europe. The rich Mediterranean vegetation fills the air with characteristic scents. The house has a living room with a wood-burning stove and a habitable kitchen with a stone washstand. Descending a few steps, you come to the first bedroom with double bed and bathroom with open shower. From the living room a wooden staircase leads to a higher floor with another bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with half bath and into a smaller bedroom with small bathroom with open shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning, and the living room with two open sides is always pleasantly cool.
