The wonderful beaches in the area can be reached in a couple of minutes by car. Access to the house is from the first floor, accessible via stairs. The accommodation is organized on two floors, connected by a staircase.

The property is located very near the Villasimius Centre, in an extremely quiet and strategic area, a starting point for exploring the magnificent beaches nearby. Its proximity to the center will also allow you to go out on foot to reach the numerous restaurants and nightlife. The coast can therefore be reached with a very short drive or a pleasant walk. The accommodation is comfortable and bright, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday under the banner of the sea and the magnificent Sardinian climate. To better explore the wonderful beaches of Villasimius, we recommend that you bring a car.
