With its splendid sea view over the Gulf of Palermo, the property is located in Arenella, a quiet seaside village, 3.5 km from the chaotic and lively historic center of Palermo. Just 200 meters from the Arenella beach from which you can admire the Tonnara Florio. It is well connected by public transport both to the city center and to Mondello beach which is 8 km away or if guests have a car they can make free use of the reserved condominium parking space. The apartment has a double bedroom, a bright air-conditioned living room where there is a sofa bed and a bathroom with toilet, bidet and a comfortable shower. The property includes a kitchen equipped with a sink, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Sheets and towels are included.
Hi, I'm Marco, a native of Palermo for 48 years, passionate about travel, cooking and the sea. I have the pleasure of hosting you at my home, a delightful apartment in which I lived in my previous single life which I renovated a few years ago. Then Rita arrived and made me leave it because the 4-season wardrobe in the bedroom couldn't contain the amount of shoes, bags and clothes that she owns. In fact, now we live in a mega closet in which he made me create a bathroom and a kitchenette. I like people, I like to make known my city, its culture, its food, the hidden corners and the immense monumental heritage of Palermo. The balcony overlooking the sea will be your home. I'm waiting for you!!!
Arenella is a lively seaside village located just 3.5 km from the center and 8 km from Mondello beach. This village was the residence of the Florio family in the early 1900s who made it the center of their business. In fact, here you can admire the splendid Florio tuna fishery and the monumental Villa Igea, now a 5-star hotel.
