Rosanna the daughter welcomes guests with a brief introduction of the farm's activities such as honey (organic), a passion that sees her engaged in the care of bees in fact it will not be difficult to see her during your stay hidden under her diving suit with a smoker in hand; lavender, a passion of fellow Riccardo, who personally takes care of both cultivation and distillation until obtaining a precious "lavender essential oil" (Organic), a passion that also joins the photographer's activity, as you will see from analog and hand-printed photos that you can find here and there. Olive oil, on the other hand, is still produced by the "old" generation headed by Anna, who also manages the green spaces and the swimming pool with her staff.

Here we welcome our guests into a warm, rural, and truly family-oriented atmosphere, offering stays in comfortable apartments that have been carefully restored in line with the traditions of Tuscan architecture. Natural materials and authentic design details highlight the character of the building, while the entire property is immersed in a lifestyle guided by sustainability. All of our products are certified organic, and the water we use is purified through a natural process of phytodepuration, ensuring both respect for the environment and the well-being of our guests.

This part of Tuscany holds an authentic charm and offers a wide range of experiences for those who wish to immerse themselves in both landscape and history. Among its most picturesque villages stands Castelfranco di Sopra, officially recognized as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy”, where time seems to stand still among narrow lanes, ancient walls, and sweeping views. The area also invites visitors to enjoy leisurely walks through rolling hills and within the protected natural site of the spectacular Balze, striking rock formations that are said to have inspired Leonardo da Vinci. For cycling enthusiasts, the main road that runs across the hillside at around 300 meters above sea level is a favorite route: a 35 km stretch of so-called “eat and drink” road, a local expression that refers to its endless series of gentle ups and downs. This scenic ride leads to the city of Arezzo, passing through fairytale villages such as Loro Ciuffenna, with its ancient working mill, and the enchanting medieval hamlet of Il Borro, now home to artisan workshops and historic residences.
