The house is situated on a small hill in a romantic side valley. Directly in front of the entrance there is a panoramic terrace - covered in summer - and a pizza oven. The owner has lovingly furnished the house in a romantic country house style. On the first floor there is a rustic eat-in kitchen with an open fireplace; the bedrooms are spread over three floors. One bedroom with bathroom has a separate entrance. - The house is surrounded by extensive woodland, a narrow forest path leads down to the bathing area in the nearby torrent 200m below: an adventure for young and old. Nearby are the Etruscan excavations at Rassina (10 km), the Casentino Nature Park with its mountains, castles and monasteries. Arezzo 35 km, Florence 75 km.
