The position is strategic and private, the rooms are spacious and possess all the comforts, the breakfast buffet is rich and plentiful all of which make the Contado room and breakfast the ideal place to stay during your trip whether its one of work or pleasure. In fact at the Contado room and breakfast you will find yourselves not only in a rustic house dating from the late 19th century but you will also have at your disposal free WiFi, a 32 inch flat screen in your room along with a splendid 2700 square meter garden. The imposing century old poplar tree, the romantic brick well, the ample patio with comfortable seats, tables and recliners make the park like garden restful and unique. Finally the rooms have been meticulously restored to maintain the flavor of Italys antique farming culture that the rustic house represents. Private entrance, private patio, canopy bed and a bathroom of a luxurious 14 square meters.. at the Contado room and breakfast you will surly find the room to fit your tastes and needs. The ample internal and gated parking complete the already generous offerings of the Contado room and breakfast.

Il Contado -room and breakfast- is in a fortunate position. It is located on the ancient Via Emilia on the border of the city of Modena and only 20 km from Bologna. In addition to being close to many important companies, making it the ideal location for business travelers, we are adjacent to an entrance to the Panaro River Expansion Banks / S.Anna Lakes, a habitat of European interest, a site of community interest and special protection area. We are just a few miles from the Ferrari Museum of Maranello and from the MEF of Modena, we are in the cradle of the Land of Motors, of the Flavors and of the beautiful Canto.
