Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all the facilities and all the necessary information about the accommodation. The customer care will always be at your disposal, by mail or by instant messaging app. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a small living area furnished with a double sofa bed, perfect for moments of comfort and togetherness, as well as a bathroom complete with all amenities and a shower box. A bright French door opens onto the private, tastefully furnished garden, ideal for outdoor dining or peaceful relaxation. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a bright window and a second bedroom with a bunk bed for two people, also with natural light. Free parking spaces are available outside the residence, while complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. Descriptions and rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation. You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition. In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm.  It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights. It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
