Il Priorato is a medieval house in an antique village/castle up to the hills between Lucca's and Pistoia's area. The Suite is ideal for a couple looking for a romantic setting or for a family that is looking for a place where stay, full of character, peace and charme and with easy access to the most important and famous town and places in Tuscany Il Priorato, the suite, is at the second floor/ first floor from the main door access, and is composed by a double bedroom with memory foam mattress, a sitting room with fireplace, satellite smart tv, wifi, sofa and armachairs, another bedroom with two single beds and in the attic by another bedroom with two single beds. The Suite is completed by a bathroom composed by basin, toilet and open shower. The entire floor is at exclusive use of the suite's guests giving to you privacy like in an apartment. You’ll find a small fridge a coffee maker, toaster a kettle and all you need for your breakfast in your room that will be added everyday. About the Nest, is a cozy apartment on three floors. The entrance is in a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, 4 gaz burners, coffee makers and a large fridge/freezer. At the first floor by a spiral staircase you reach the bedroom with a queen bed, satellite tv, wardrobe. On the lower floor the bathroom with bath/shower wc, bidet and a washbasin. From the lower floor you can reach the back garden with garden furnitures, a bbq and a wood stove if you want to cook a pizza! Lovely view on the forest and on a medieval village. For the guests of the nest will be offered the necessary for your first breakfast. The property set in a natural park called Natura 2000 and fantastic track from the village connect lucca to pistoia discovering the medieval paths between the two towns. Then going across a 1200’s old bridge built by Castruccio Castracani you may start your adventure.

I'm Glenda and with my sister we manage the Priorato. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed your setting as in your own home. In the house live some pets, that will not disturb you having most of their life outdoor, but for this reason, if you are allergic to cat and dog, this is not the right place to stay, is the reason and we are sorry, because is not possible to host other pets. The Priorato is located in an antique mediaeval hamlet, is an ideal location to take a breath and a break from the stress and the chaos of the daily living. Pure air, spring water, the waterfall noise and a special place to stay where it looks that the time has never passed away a step in the past. The property set in an area patchwork of medieval villages, good and natural food, wonderful woods 50 kms away from Florence, 20 from Lucca, 40 from Pisa, in less than an hour is possible to reach the beautiful Versilia beaches or go to ski in the Tuscan ski resort of Abetone.
