Cozy and romantic brand new apartment, very quiet and Isepo was completely renovated in 2019. The single entrance is tastefully decorated in a typical Venetian style and consists of a large bedroom with a double/single bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen/living room and a bathroom. Perfect for a couple, friend or family. The Isepo Apartment has central air conditioning, a fast WiFi connection and a flat screen TV. , safe, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine, dryer and iron on the ground floor. Free cleaning is offered on request.
The Isepo apartment, as well as the San Gervasio and Bacanal apartments, is owned and personally managed by Caterina and GianFranco, a Venetian couple. Caterina supervises all the details and prepares the apartment to make you feel at home. Gianfranco welcomes his guests at the public service stop closest to the apartment and gives all the advice a Venetian resident can give to enjoy Venice to the fullest.
Isepo apartment is located next to the Giardini of Biennale Modern art exibition, three minutes walk from Via Garibaldi in Castello district, one of the most colorful area of Venice, where turists can still mingle with the venetian residents and enjoy the authentic venetian atmosphere and yet close to all the main points of interests Venice can offer. In via Garibaldi you can find all kind of stores, fish shop, bakeries, greengroceries, Bacari ( typical venetian pubs), restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and the Post Office provided with ATM machine. From GIARDINI stop, two minutes away from the apartment, depart the public boat lines 1 and 2 in order to reach in few minutes all the main attraction of town, or the beautiful beach of Lido island, as well as line 4.1 that goes to the three main islands of the lagoon ( Murano, Burano and Torcello).
