Hi !! I am Adriana and I shall try my absolute best to make your stay a pleasant and unforgettable experience. Hosting is one of my hobbies and during your stay I will share part of the apartment, always being available for help and info. By the way, I am a volunteer tour guide for the city of Florence and I have pleasure in offering guests staying at least three nights a complimentary guided tour to the churches of Santa Trinita and Santa Maria Novella.

Property information

A little beacon of light to enjoy Florence and its hilly surroundings. Warm reception guaranteed for a relaxed stay in the cradle of Renaissance. Ideal location only 200 steps away from the tramline stop to the main Railway station and the old town centre. The landlady, who lives on the premises and shares part of the apartment, only accomodates female guests or married couples. Third floor spacious flat in a modern built building with elevator. Guests are allowed to use a large entrance hall, kitchen, JF Yellow Room and private bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is just 6 stops away from Florence old town centre and the main railway station, Firenze Santa Maria Novella (about 11 minutes) with the new T1 overground train. The place is relaxed and safe, with a fair amount of amenities, farmacies and shops available at a stone's throw away. For relaxing purposes, two parks like Villa Strozzi and Cascine are close by.
