Historic building completely renovated space in a strategic location - quiet, but a stone's throw from any point of interest and from the social life of the city. Inside: recovery and restoration of the original frescoes. Design bathroom made with high quality material. Small kitchenette built by craftsman. New (quality) air conditioning system. Privacy, calmness, comfort.
The apartment has automated access so that the guest has maximum independence. We are Ranieri and Emma - the owners, Emma is a touristic guide, Ranieri is a professional host - and we are always available: for a greeting, for informations, for ... anything that can make better your stay :)
The area is extremely quiet and safe. The house is 30 meters from the historic Piazza San Francesco and 150 from the green Piazza Santa Caterina. Any point of interest - such as the Leaning Tower - is no more than a 10-minute walk away. Major restaurants are all within a couple of minutes' walk. At 80 meters a supermarket.
