The Cascina di Chiara is one of the Masciarelli winery's accommodation facilities, the result of a skilful conservative restoration project aimed at sustainable development of an old rural dwelling.
Its renovation was undertaken with a view to recovering and re-evaluating the Abruzzo hinterland, with the aim of promoting the landscape and cultural potential of the area close to the Majella National Park, one of Italy's 11 UNESCO Geoparks.
La Cascina di Chiara offers a flexible and personalised type of hospitality, allowing guests to stay for short or long periods in individual rooms or renting the entire structure in total autonomy 24 hours a day.
Each room is equipped with an external safe, which can be opened with a code that will be sent to each guest before check-in. Inside, guests will find the keys needed to access their room. At the check-out, guests can simply put them back in the box and enter the same code.
La Cascina di Chiara is a sustainable, eco-friendly and energy self-sufficient accommodation, which operates in respect of the environment and the uncontaminated landscape that surrounds it.
