IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and must be completed by all travelers. For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This means that, according to the Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in winter, so heating systems may be turned on for a maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th.
