Located in Fermo's historic center on the 1st floor of a 1700 building, our newly renovated home with comfortable furnishings and decor offers a double bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a comfortable shower and bidet. You can enjoy free wifi, Lavazza espresso machine, refrigerator with freezer, TV.
We are passionate about travelling, and we invite you to discover the beauties of our territory. We will be happy to advise you and suggest you on the cultural, historical and food and wine opportunities it offers.
Very central area with shops within walking distance such as food, pharmacy, bank, tobacconists, bars and restaurants of meat, fish, pizzeria and sushi.
