They can be booked separately or together. Apartment 1 – SALONE (Second Floor) This 220 sqm apartment hosts up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, sitting area, and kitchen. Surrounded by large covered terraces with mountain views, it offers outdoor furniture for relaxation. The living room has a seating area and two dining tables. To the left is a well-equipped kitchen with another dining space and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a studio with a desk, which can serve as a double bedroom. The sleeping area includes: Two bedrooms with a master bed and a bunk bed. One bedroom with a master bed and a crib (comfortable for children up to 3 years old). One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an additional full bathroom. Apartment 2 – LOFT (Third Floor) Located upstairs, this apartment features a beautiful sloped ceiling and hosts up to 9 guests. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, seating area, and dining space. The sleeping area has three triple bedrooms: Two bedrooms with a master bed and a single bed. One bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There are also two full bathrooms with showers. Additional Information Guests have access to a large private parking area behind the building for all vehicle types. ⚠️ Note: No elevator in the building. Please note that the terraces are for the exclusive use of the SALONE apartment (4-bedroom apartment)

The house is close to the famous bike path that runs through the entire valley. It is also near the starting points of hiking trails that lead up to the farmhouses of Pasturo and continue to the summit of Grigna. A supermarket is nearby, as well as the town center, which is full of shops selling high-quality products. The mini-golf course in Pasturo is also within walking distance.
