Un'estate da vivere Prendi in prestito le biciclette per un giro nella natura salentina, sfida un amico ad una partita a biliardino oppure trascorri 2 ore in cucina con Anna per preparare e gustare i piatti della tradizione salentina. Se invece vuoi rilassarti e prenderti cura del tuo benessere non c'è che l'imbarazzo della scelta. Puoi trascorrere un pomeriggio a bordo piscina nel cortile fiorito,assaporando un ottimo Spumone gelato e una fresca bibita, rigenerarti nella zona wellness tra minipiscina idromassaggio e sauna oppure chiedere un massaggio per completare il perorso beauty. Volendo puoi anche cominciare la giornata con una salutare lezione di Yoga (su richiesta, solo al mattino) mentre se vuoi tuffarti nelle tradizioni popolari della Puglia puoi partecipare ad una breve lezione del ballo della Taranta (Pizzica).
