La Merlana is suitable for couples, solitary adventurers, business travelers and families. House of new construction, seismic. The rooms are 3 and each has its own private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, tv, free wi-fi. In the bathroom you will find 3 towels (small-medium-large per guest) and complimentary toiletries. The linen is changed every 6 days, but if you need it first just ask. We have a large garden where you can relax with a good book that you can choose from ours. The large parking lot is private and free. We also have a garage where you can secure your bikes and motorbikes.
Hello everyone, my name is Tamara and I am the owner of Merlana. I love cooking and reading. In addition, considering my geographical position I like to take walks both at the sea and in the mountains.
We are immersed in the Marche countryside about a km from the center of Morrovalle , medieval village of about 10000 inhabitants. In a few minutes you can reach Recanati (town of Giacomo Leopardi considered the greatest poet of 800 Italian and Beniamino Gigli, one of the most famous singers of the twentieth century), Loreto ( famous for being the seat of the Basilica of the Holy House, one of the most important and ancient places of Marian pilgrimage in the Catholic world ) . And for those who want a bit of relaxation and fun there is Civitanova Marche with its beach and its clubs or Macerata known for the opera season at the Sferisterio and all the outlets around.
