Property info

It is a condominium of only three units, which is accessed through a wooden door. On the second floor (34 steps) is the entrance; on the left a corridor with wardrobe, where there is a bathroom with window with shower and washing machine, the double bedroom with a view of the alley, the square below and a glimpse of the lake (very lateral); on the right side there is a small bedroom with two single beds and a bright living room-kitchen with two large windows overlooking the square and laterally overlooking the lake, equipped with a round table, chairs, digital terrestrial TV, single sofa bed; the kitchen area is equipped with 4 burners, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. In the living room there is a ceiling fan. Private parking about 1 km. Ideal for those who want to be in the town center, but at the same time enjoy the long walks and the beaches at a short distance. Heating for a fee.

Bardolino is one of the main centers on Lake Garda, located between two sandy peaks formed at the mouth of short streams. The center of Bardolino is characterized by the presence of the large parish church. In front of the church is the long and narrow Piazza Matteotti, where the La Preonda apartment overlooks, accessible from the back street.
