La Sapurita is a holiday house in a central location and it has an independent access from a quiet road. Very comfortable and wide, it has been created by completely renovating a commercial space and it is located right outside the mess created by the ZTL in Ortigia. The island, anyway, can be reached in a five-minute walk. La Sapurita is also near the terminal bus station (450mt) and the train station (550mt). If you drive, there are free parking facilities. The holiday house, in addition to the services listed before, is equipped with PVC thermal break windows and double-glazing, soundproof and anti-theft, euro cylinder motor lock. The shower compartment is 130x90cm wide, with seat. The house has also a small private shared courtyard. La Sapurita is perfectly suitable for both short and long holidays.
We are a hospitable couple who already manages a well-reviewed holiday house located in the heart of Ortigia island; strengthened by this experience, we have created "La Sapurita", a holiday house that offers all the main services usually requested by the guests of city holiday houses. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
