We were born and have always lived in Tuscany, always looking for places and people to let you discover. Telling the territory around us is a real life mission and being able to welcome people from all over the world a fortune that we hold very close.

Property information

At La Sorgente, from the moment you cross the entrance, you can breathe a familiar atmosphere. The large common areas and green areas encourage socializing and come into contact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. The structure is completely surrounded by green countryside but not far from the main local attractions, it is characterized by independent apartments with private garden and they are all equipped with heating, air conditioning and full kitchen, overlooking the swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. For sports and outdoor enthusiasts there is also a football / tennis court and a small pine forest. Guests can take advantage of a personalized bar and restaurant service with the possibility of delivery to the apartment. Then we have the vegetable garden that we personally cultivate, the doves and a big cat to keep us company and we are happy to welcome your pet friends.

Neighbourhood information

Our area is characterized by large green spaces and hills that seem to be endless. Here and there are small hilltop villages where you can breathe and still live the feeling of pasttimes. Each small center haveall the essential services and characterized by the smiles of the locals and the shops that make them so fascinating. For music lovers it is impossible not to visit the village of Lajatico and its theater of silence created by the tenor Andrea Bocelli, with whom we have a family relationship, his brother was the architect of our structure. Other treasures of our lands are in Pontedera, a town that gave birth to the iconic Vespa scooter, kept in limited editions in the Piaggio museum alongside other brands such as Aprilia, Gilera and Moto Guzzi. For those who love wine, the Pisan hills are rich in quality wineries, in Terricciola with Podere la Chiesa, Fattoria Fibbiano, La Spinetta, Podernovo, Badia di Morrona and Tenuta di Ghizzano. La Sorgente is easily accessible and less than an hour from Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence.
