It is a 2 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale Station, 3 minutes from the pedestrian center of the city, but in a calm and quiet location, it is well connected by public transport that goes to Portovenere, Lerici, the harbour, the military area, and is very close to amenities, shops, clubs.
