The apartments that we offer for rent for short and long periods are located on the ground floor and first floor of a single building located between the sea of ​​Santa Severa and the Tolfa mountains in the Marina di Tolfa area, 50 km from Rome. They are of different sizes, equipped with every comfort to best welcome our guests; two beautiful terraces, one with a mountain view and one with a sea view, for shared use allow you to spend cool summer evenings accompanied by the scents of the sea that blend with those of the undergrowth. The barbecue and comfortable seats allow you to experience pleasant moments of sharing. Whether it's a romantic weekend, a short period of relaxation in contact with nature, a food and wine and cultural holiday with friends and family or a business trip, we take care of our guests by offering services and experiences always with attention to detail! Each apartment is equipped with linen and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob; a laundry area equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a drying area is common for all guests.

For those who don't feel like cooking, the Bondì bar/pizzeria under the house offers excellent pizza, a fragrant breakfast with freshly filled pastries of all kinds and always hot baked pastries and cakes. Always under the house there is the amazing hot table/spaghetti shop "lo snacko" of Giordano and Valentina who prepare various specialties and tasty espresso first courses every day. The supermarket is right under the house and always has meat, vegetables and fresh bread...also in summer it is open until 10pm. The Bar/Pizzeria and the Cafeteria are also at the service of guests who want breakfast in their room or lunch or dinner in the apartment with agreed prices. The Morani farm and the Oliveto winery are a few meters away and have excellent local meat and wine.
