Our place is reachable only by car, so you must have your own otherwise you need to rent one. Our property is located in the countryside and up on a hill, public transports are in Montelupo Fiorentino (5km from our place), so you can only reach us with your own car. What to pay at your arriving (cash only): cleaning fee 40 Euro and tourist tax (0,50 Euro per night per person over 12 y.o.). At the check-in you will be asked to show your personal IDs in order to be registered at the local authorities website (all the local hosts are required to do this from Florence authority). Beautiful apartment of 90 m2 located on the 1st floor (16 stairs to climb) and recently renovated of a characteristic three-family house, originally a 14th century tower. Striking ceiling with exposed beams, typical of the Tuscan apartments. Outside a large and equipped garden with a barbecue. Located near Montelupo Fiorentino (4.5 km), known for its pottery production, it is easy to reach Florence (25 km), Fiesole (32 km), San Miniato (22 km), Pisa (50 km), Lucca (60km) and Siena (55 km). Inside the apartment: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living/dining room (oven, freezer, sofa), one air conditioning (located in the hallway), free wi-fi, tv, private parking, swimming pool, barbecue, washing machine (shared and for a fee), dryer (shared and for a fee). We don’t provide any kind of food (and no oil). Access to the pool and to the playground is by stairs. All the outdoors spaces are shared (pool, sauna, barbecue, gardens, etc.) with the other guests. Every kind of pet is welcome! The road to access our property is unpaved and uphill, through a forest to then get to the top of the hill, where our structure is located.

Being near the town of Montelupo Fiorentino, known for the production of its particular pottery, it is possible to easily reach all the main cities, such as Florence (25 km), Fiesole (32 km), San Miniato (22 km), Pisa (50 km), Lucca (65km) and Siena (55 km). Just 5 minutes by car there are supermarkets, such as Eurospin, DiPiù and COOP, pharmacies, banks and shops for every need, all located in the center of the town of Montelupo Fiorentino. There is no better way to reach major cities than by train. From the apartment, just 5 minutes by car, you can find the Montelupo-Capraia station, with free parking, a very well connected line that will allow you to move easily, quickly and conveniently. Very recommended for those who do not want to have problems with parking in big cities, always very difficult to find. Each station is located in the center of the city.
