This bright and quiet home offers a stunning view of Mount Etna from the living room and terrace. It is fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished. Located on the second floor of a historic noble building, in the main shopping street of the historic center, just a few steps from the main square, it also features a private parking space in the internal courtyard where an electric car charging station is available. Our guests from all over the world return with enthusiasm – read their reviews! Ideal location for exploring Sicily The house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and only 3.5 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible. Catania airport can be reached in just 40 minutes via the motorway. Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway. Close to beaches, nature and culture Only a 5-minute drive away are numerous beaches, some equipped with seasonal facilities.
