L'appartamento M&M 40 è un monolocale con ampia terrazza. Si trova al piano terra del Condominio Rododendro 2, al civico 61 int. 40. Raggiungibile in pochi passi, sia il centro del paese, sia la pista ciclabile che le piste da sci. Appartamento "sportivo" e basico negli arredamenti, dotato di divano letto (142x188), armadi a giorno, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, offre albe e tramonti sulle montagne veramente indimenticabili!! La terrazza è comoda ed altamente sfruttabile nelle stagioni più calde!!
