We are a young couple and we live and work in Courmayeur, Alberto is a mountain guide UIAGM and he belong to the ancient "alpine guide society of Courmayeur" and Simo works as a construction engineer and deals with the architectural design of houses in typical aosta valley's style, they carry out the activity of ski instructor on the slopes of the village. We will be happy to welcome you and show you this beautiful place! Albi and Simo will be at your disposal for any need and to suggest you on the activities you can do, places to visit and where to eat good food in courmayeur. Alberto, UIAGM mountain guide, He can share every aspect of the mountains with you. Simo, ski instructor, will take care of your children in the summer, offering you the nanny service and in winter she can help you to refine the technique and she can show you the fantastic ski resort of Courmayeur.

The village of Villair is situated on the east of Courmayeur, it’s composed of houses built between the seventh and twelfth centuries in typical Aosta valley's style in stone and wood. The borough is amazing for its panoramic views, the glimpses between houses the snow on the roofs in winter and the flowered balconies in summer. The property is a strategic starting point for suggestive excursions: you can starting from home doing a beautiful walks and connecting with the famous "Tour of Mont Blanc", itinerary that passes right next to the home. In winter, a shuttle service allows you to connect with Courmayeur's cable car or Dolonne's gondola in just a few minutes. By foot you can also reach the center where you can find all the services and possibly even rent an e-bike for a ride on mountain.
