Thanks to its privileged location, you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot. The home stands out for its modern style, airy spaces, and warm atmosphere that welcomes you from the very first moment. The equipped terrace with sea view and barbecue is a delightful spot for outdoor lunches, sunset dinners, or moments of pure relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a bright and functional space: a spacious living room with dining area, TV corner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double sofa bed all in one convivial environment. The two bedrooms, Scirocco and Tramontana, offer 5 and 4 beds respectively, with the option to add an extra bed. A second sofa bed is located in the open space area. There are two bathrooms, each with shower and bidet, ensuring convenience, and a laundry area for added comfort. The property features three air conditioners, ventilation, and fast Wi-Fi.
