The charming three-room apartment “MARILYN HOUSE” is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT LIFT, in the heart of Rho, just 7 minutes by car from the RHO FIERA exhibition complex. The Location is surrounded by public transport, that allow you to get to Milan , and the strategic location makes it easy to reach the surrounding areas of interest by car. The apartment is surrounded by essential services such as stores and supermarkets, ideal for ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.
“Marilyn House” is a very cozy three-room apartment tastefully furnished in a modern style.
It is particularly suitable for business and leisure travel, suitable for families and fellow travelers. It is also ideal for smart-working, thanks to the fast Wi-Fi connection in the facility.
The three-room apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (190x160), a small bedroom with two single beds (190x85), a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a comfortable balcony where you can enjoy fantastic breakfasts and aperitifs with friends.
In the living room there is a smart TV with which guests can relax watching their favorite movies and TV series, thanks to the free service we offer with an already registered Netflix account.
There is also a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker, with which guests can enjoy fantastic coffees, for a sincere welcome to Rho.
The kitchen area is equipped with all the necessary amenities: induction cooktop, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, complete set of pots, dishes, cutlery and all the various utensils useful for cooking or creating dishes on your own or in company.
There is a free Shower Kit consisting of Shampoo, Bubble Bath.
Please note that smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the apartment.
