I have been taking care of my own homes for over 10 years and recently, after joining the Italian Property Managers Association, I have been very successfully managing homes for third parties. The thing our guests appreciate most, according to what they tell me and their reviews, is our willingness to meet everyone's needs and to resolve any problem promptly and quickly. In fact, our policy is to consider the trust placed in us by our guests as the greatest corporate treasure in existence! We guarantee that our houses are exactly as you see them in the photo, everything works (if something goes wrong we intervene immediately, on working days within 1 hour, to solve the problem). The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The villa is located in a very quiet residential area a few hundred meters from the sea. Its position is a good way to reach Taormina just 12km of super fast road and the summit of Etna. Catania is at 25Km Nearby there are several restaurants and pubs open especially during the summer. Supermarkets and groceries on the doorstep. Close to the railway station and very close to the bus stop, but if you love comfort we can organize your transfers for you!
