Property information

Meravigghia is a brand new structure recently built. The property was built with the most modern building techniques capable of guaranteeing excellent thermal insulation of the rooms. The structure consists of 2 independent apartments. Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts and services needed for a relaxing holiday. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and are equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, private parking and bathroom with shower. The entrance to the structure is through an automatic gate (for which you will have the code) and to access the apartments you will have a magnetic card. Each apartment has an entrance hall, living room with very comfortable sofa and TV, dining area with kitchen and table, a bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with outdoor furniture and private parking (inside the building). BEDS Each apartment can accommodate a maximum number of 4 guests, 2 of which in the bedroom with double bed and 2 in the second bedroom (one apartment has two bedrooms both with double bed while the other has one bedroom with double bed and one with 2 single beds singles). BATH Each apartment has 1 bathroom equipped with a shower. WIFI Each apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. LINEN Each apartment is complete with bed linen and towels. WASHING MACHINE Each apartment has a washing machine that guests can use at no extra cost. KITCHEN Each apartment has a kitchen complete with everything you need (utensils, refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine and oven). PARKING Each apartment has its own private parking.
