The rooms are located in a 4-level condominium building, on the second floor, which is accessed via a characteristic staircase from the 1800s, in marble almost with a single ramp. The building does not have an elevator (to be taken into account if there is a lot of luggage to climb). Since this is not a hotel but a "holiday home", porterage or other typical hotel services are not available, furthermore the room must be delivered and returned as at check-in with the exception of cleaning and washing linen which are already included in the price. In the municipality of Cefalù there is separate waste collection, therefore guests are required to separate waste in the special containers made available in the rooms. At check-out, waste must be taken to the municipal collection center 300 meters from the property.
