Flat located between the beautiful pedestrian streets of the historic village of Santa Margherita, from the front door you can reach the beach in just 2 minutes on foot. All the comforts of a seaside village just a few steps from the sea ! The apartment is located on one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in Santa Margherita; no cars are allowed on the street. You will be surrounded by restaurants, small store, the best Ligurian focaccia can be found in a bakery a few meters. Extremely convenient is the proximity of the supermarkets Coop and Carrefour which are about 30 metres away. It is the ideal place to forget about the car and move around on foot, by bike or with the typical train that runs along the Ligurian coast. You can reach the famous PORTOFINO on foot or renting an electric bike sharing or with a small bus (IN 10 MINUTES).
The flat does not have a private parking space but we will advise you where to look for one free of charge. Another option is the Autoparco Riviera at a cost of around 27 euro per day. The train station is only an 8-minute walk from the flat.
A portable air conditioner is installed in the living room (could be slightly noisy). There is also a fan in the bedroom. The apartment is on the second floor, there are 2 fairly steep flights of stairs. The flat is perfect for 2 people, for 3/4 people it might be a bit small.
