The 60 m2 flat with garden is located on the ground floor, can be used by 4 persons and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, an adjoining dining area, a private bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer, a bedroom with two single beds and an open-plan living room with a double bed. The 90 m2 flat with terrace is located on the ground floor, can accommodate 6 persons, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, a large living room, a private bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. Parking is inside the property, in the shade of the olive trees, with an automatic gate and the whole area is fenced off. The outdoor spaces reserved for each accommodation are delimited by gates and railings for the safety of children and animals. Both are equipped with garden furniture and outdoor tents to enjoy a relaxing break or dinner overlooking the lake, caressed by the beautiful sunsets that nature gives us.

The flats are located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, just a few steps from the lake and a few minutes from the historic centre, but at the same time its location is strategic for reaching the major places of interest in the area: it is 10 km from Bardolino, 16 km from Affi, 44 km from the city of Verona, 21 km from the Gardaland park. Verona Airport, the nearest, is 37 km away (Villafranca, Catullo Airport). The town of Torri del Benaco is very quiet and completely pedestrianised, very well-kept, rich in romantic glimpses and historical testimonies (Berengario's tower, the Scaligero castle); it becomes lively in the evenings, enriching itself with musical events, manifestations, theme evenings that accompany us throughout the summer, as well as sporting events and art and static model exhibitions that enliven it throughout the year. On site and in the surrounding area, you can enjoy various activities, including cycling, fishing, hiking, windsurfing, canoeing, kitesurfing and water-skiing, with the possibility of hiring equipment, or simply relax with flat walks along the lakeshore or on the many free beaches present. For the more adventurous, there is a Tibetan bridge that connects two hiking trails. If, on the other hand, you wish to sunbathe in a more exclusive location while enjoying the postcard-perfect colours of the lake, a day at Punta San Vigilio is not to be missed. If exploring the Veronese coastline is not enough, from Torri del Benaco there is a ferry connection to Toscolano Maderno (pedestrian access, by bicycle or motor vehicle), from which you can reach D'Annunzio's Vittoriale with its splendid park, or visit nearby Salò', Limone until you reach Riva del Garda, Torbole and, if you wish, return to Torri by your own means.
