There are no shared spaces in the apartment. Depending on the number of guests, separate bedrooms will be made available. 1 guest = bedroom with a single bed; 2 guests = prior to check-in, guests will be asked to choose between a bedroom with a double bed that cannot be split into two single beds or two separate bedrooms; 3 guests = bedroom with a single bed + bedroom with a double bed that cannot be split into two single beds; 4/5 guests = bedroom with a single bed + bedroom with a double bed that cannot be split into two single beds + a sofa bed. Additional guests/visitors: It is strictly forbidden to accommodate visitors and/or guests in addition to those listed on the reservation. Such situations will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities. PLEASE NOTE: If one guest needs and/or prefers to stay in the double bedroom, the reservation must be made as if it were for two guests.

The apartment, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts, is located on the second floor of "Palazzo Di Paola", a prestigious 17th century noble palace, of considerable historical importance, protected by the Superintendence and equipped with a splendid private courtyard with a loggia inside. The check-in phase, starting from 4:00 pm, will be agreed in advance and then carried out in person. Upon request, it will be possible to use the City Pass that will allow you to stay in the areas reserved for residents and guests of accommodation facilities. The apartment is protected from fires and gas leaks according to the "short-term rentals" legislation Law 191/2023 and SMOKING is absolutely forbidden in it.
