The property offers exceptional natural light thanks to the large windows, which create an airy and welcoming environment, perfect for those who love living in bright spaces. The panoramic view of the city is breathtaking. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms equipped with independent heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The living area is a real gem, with a relaxation area perfectly furnished with a comfortable sofa, 50-inch Smart TV, books and games, for pleasant moments of leisure. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, hob and a table with chairs for home-made lunches and dinners. The two bathrooms, well finished, are equipped with showers with cervical and lumbar jets, perfect for relaxing. Guests will also find hairdryers, courtesy products and a set of towels, for an experience of total comfort. Equipped with a laundry corner.
